PN & K1 Online Application
General Notes:
- This application form is only applicable for PN and K1 classes commencing in August. For applicants seeking mid-term admission (from PN to K3), please visit the "Admissions" page on the website of Learning Habitat Kindergarten & Bilingual Nursery ("LHK") for details on the application procedures.
- Interviews will be arranged in March for children applying to the PN class who will have reached the age of two by the relevant school year's commencement date. Applicants who are under two years old will not be scheduled for interviews at this time. Subsequent interviews will be arranged if vacancies arise in the future.
- The interview date for K1 will be scheduled in November of the year prior to the relevant school year's commencement date.
- Each applicant may apply to only one campus.
- Fields on the application form marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. If any mandatory field is left blank, the form cannot be submitted.
- Applicants may preview and edit the information after completing the application form. Once the form is submitted, the application data will be saved in LHK's database, and the submitted information can no longer be modified online.
- If you wish to review or amend any information in the application form after submission, please email the application number, the child's name, and the details of the requested changes to contact@learninghabitat.org for the attention of our Administrative Executive.
- After submitting the application, please save and print the application form for record-keeping. The system will issue an application number to the applicant, which should be retained for future enquiries. Applicants will also receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not received, the applicant must contact LHK directly by contact@learninghabitat.org.
- Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate in order to receive any confirmation messages or updates issued by LHK.
- Please ensure that your email account will not block electronic communications from LHK.
- In accordance with the Education Bureau ("EDB") regulations, non‑local children must obtain approval from the Director of Immigration before they may reside in Hong Kong and receive education. Applications from children without approved residency will not be accepted by LHK.

This Personal Information Collection Statement is made in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. This statement sets out the policies and practices of LHK with regards to the information collected from you in this form and what you are agreeing to with respect to LHK's collection and use of the information provided for the purposes identified below.
The information collected from you in this form will be used for one or more of the following purposes:
- processing, authenticating and assessing the suitability of candidates for admission to LHK
- other purposes as permitted by law
Information collected from you in this form may be disclosed by LHK to any of its holding company, subsidiary and other associated companies, and to any of it and the aforementioned entities' staff(s), agent(s) or service provider(s) and EDB for the purposes identified above.
LHK will handle and protect the information collected in this form in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the laws of Hong Kong) and LHK’s Privacy Policy with regards to "Retention of Personal Data", "Data Security" and "Access and Correction of the Personal Data" (as amended from time to time).
